In the third quarter of the 20th century the Carpet Weaver’s Association made a series of tapestries, licensed by the heirs of the famous abstract artist Wassili Kandinsky, based on some of his paintings. This precious hand-knotted silk and wool tapestry is Composition VI 1913. The original is in the Hermitage. In very good condition, with certificate, silk wool, 91×69 cm.
